The staff here were really friendly and always willing to help, and the breakfast served was freshly made and had a wide variety of fresh bread.

The rooms were new-fashioned and tidy with a wood-burning fireplace, comfy chairs plus a vaulted, just what was needed. The location was TOP, not too far away from a popular central plaza. It was also adjacent to the Market Square and town and the centre of Bruges.

Staff very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent -wide choice continental style. Very handy for walking into city
Not really anything, the staircase was steep and the lift small, but no prroblem for us (we are in our sixties)
